DescriptionJob Title: Anchor CrewDepartment: MoorageReports To: Anchor Crew ManagerPosition Summary:Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and fully operational marina. Ensures proper anchoring, mooring, and marina access while providing excellent guest service.Responsibilities:Perform general marina maintenance and upkeepInspect and maintain anchoring systems, winch lines, and rigging dailyAssist with marina movement and ensure safe customer accessSafely operate anchor barge, boom truck, and related equipmentMonitor and work with fresh water and sewer systemsLocate and operate electrical and water shut-off valvesEnsure marinas are properly anchored and moored at all timesFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentQualifications:High school diploma preferredExperience with marina operations preferredBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and power toolsAbility to work well with guests and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessPhysical Requirements:Ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds#J-18808-Ljbffr
