OverviewReporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the part‑time Warehouse Loader assists in loading and unloading trucks, repacking, inventory, and maintenance tasks. The role requires lifting large volumes of product (20–45 pounds per case) and operating a forklift, pallet jack and other equipment as needed while maintaining a safe, clean environment.ResponsibilitiesLoad bulk and route trucks, selecting designated packages and flavors from the warehouse.Build loads using a forklift or electronic pallet jack and ensure accuracy in loading and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation.Rotate product on trucks and in the warehouse following expiration dates.Repackage product according to RBDC standards and dispose of damaged or out‑of‑code items after approval.Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily and using a floor scrubber as needed.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.Forklift operation experience is a plus.Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is $19.76 to $21.84 per hour.
