Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Redding, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, evenings Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Operating Room Specialist in the Open Heart specialty in Redding, California. This role involves providing high-quality perioperative care within the facilitys surgical department. The position requires collaboration with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes during complex cardiac procedures. Job Details: Schedule: Evening shifts with 10-hour shifts beginning at 6:30 pm, with minimum weekly hours of 40. Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit, BLS certification, COVID-19 vaccination certification, a minimum of 2 years of experience in operating room specialty, no specific degree requirement, and open to candidates with or without prior travel experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Open Heart (cardiothoracic) surgeries preferred. Additional Information: Unit notes specify patient ratios of 1 to 1, with EMR systems utilizing Cerner Surginet. Charge nurse reports to the Clinical Supervisor. Call requirements include 1 to 2 weeknights per week and approximately 1 weekend call per month, from end of shift Friday at 6:30 am to Monday at 6:30 am. Scrubs are provided by the hospital. Shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours, with the start times of 6:30 am, 9 am, or 10:45 am. Float is not applicable for this position. Certifications required include BLS and COVID vaccine.
