Join the "new" Lucente Restaurant at the Holiday Inn Redding as our Front of House Supervisor. We are hiring for FT or PT. The Front of House (FOH) Supervisor oversees the dining room, bar, and host stand to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. They manage the floor during service, handle guest complaints, assist with staff scheduling, and train team members. Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Hires, trains, and schedules front-of-house staff, which includes hosts, servers, bartenders, and bussers. • Guest Experience: Greets guests, ensures tableside service meets standards, and resolves customer issues in real-time. • Operational Control: Monitors inventory, manages cash handling, and ensures the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: • Experience: Typically requires 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in the hospitality industry, along with prior experience as a server or bartender. • Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, multi-tasking, and knowledge of food safety guidelines. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
