Pay: $20-$25 per hour (depending on experience)ResponsibilitiesUnload goods for customers per specificationsAbility to perform assembly and installation of appliances and household items such as patio furniture, barbeques etc.Ensure customer's products are delivered on time and in the proper condition for specific routesConduct pre/post trip truck inspections and moving equipment inventoryCalmly and professionally handle displeased customers and provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concernsActively keep customers and management informed of delays and any other additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitabilityComplete all load-related paperworkEnsure all scanning is completed correctlyReview deliveries with customers, per paperwork, to ensure products are correctAbout The RoleGreet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer's belongings.Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck.Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.About The EmployerHere at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK ® our core purpose is to move people forward, and that includes our employees.
