Dish Machine Operator - Redding, CA

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a part-time/on-call dish machine operator to join an amazing team in this beautiful private school in Redding, CA. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen and dining hall running smoothly, with responsibilities that include dishwashing, kitchen sanitation, and assisting with general back-of-house operations.

Schedule:

• Part Time/On call
• 6 a. m. - 2:30 p.m.
• 12 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
• Evenings, weekends, potential to work catered events.

Pay Type:

$18.00 Hourly

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!

Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.

Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.

Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.

Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.

Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
