WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflows, and a well-organized operation. You will lead and support a team of parts professionals, monitor department performance and expenses, process warranty and vendor claims as needed, and oversee inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels and maximize inventory accuracy. You will also play a key role in coaching team members, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the department meets operational and financial goals. To be successful in this position, you should be highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where leadership, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3 or more years of leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computer diagnostics and heavy equipment parts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and customers in an effort to deliver company parts accurately and on time.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 lbs.

Compensation: $26.07-37.80/hr (Depending on Experience)
