Pathways Internship

Pathways Internship positions provide for development and training. Assignments become more responsible as incumbent increases knowledge and skills through work experience and academic training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to:

• Utilizes basic computer skills to perform a variety of duties with an increasing degree of difficulty and responsibility.
• Applies available technologies and basic principles to adapt computer methods for a variety of subject matter situations.
• Operates varied equipment to perform standardized tests and clerical assignments under the guidance of senior staff.
• Prepares technical and administrative reports to assist senior officials with project documentation and status updates.
• Interfaces with senior program officials and internal staff to exchange information needed to complete assignments.
• Provides assistance to senior staff members by participating in projects that evaluate system requirements and procedures.
• Resolves recurring problems by applying a body of standardized rules, procedures, and operations.
• Analyzes data during collection to support the evaluation of IT system requirements and procedures.
• Identifies and refers deviations, problems, and unfamiliar situations to the supervisor for decision or help.
