Responsibilities: • • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. • Oversee daily operations in the dining room, bar, and host stand, ensuring smooth and efficient service. • Manage guest feedback with grace and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement. • Coordinate staff scheduling to optimize coverage and maintain a balanced workload for team members. • Facilitate ongoing training and development for front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of continuous growth. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain necessary stock for front-of-house operations. Qualifications: • • Experience in leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. • Ability to manage daily operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Proven track record of handling guest feedback with professionalism and turning challenges into opportunities. • Strong organizational skills to coordinate staff scheduling and ensure optimal coverage. • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous growth through staff training and development. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team and ensure seamless service. • Experience in inventory management and coordinating with suppliers to maintain necessary stock levels. Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
