Marketing Campaign Specialist

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Salary: $70-85k DOE

The Keller Group is partnering with a long-standing client of ours looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Specialist. We're looking for an analytical, self-directed data professional to turn complex business questions into reliable reports and practical insights. You'll build dashboards, develop SQL-based data models, support data pipelines, and help troubleshoot analytics and tracking across multiple sources.

Marketing Campaign Specialist Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports, primarily in Looker Studio.
• Write SQL to combine, transform, and validate data; develop models that support analysis and reporting.
• Improve data ingestion, standardization, and warehouse processes.
• Clarify stakeholder needs and create reporting solutions that are technically sound and useful.
• Support client data onboarding and analytics implementation, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Investigate reporting, attribution, and tracking issues, including those involving advertising platforms.
• Adapt to new tools, data sources, and changing business needs.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of experience building business dashboards or reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL skills, experience with data modeling, and familiarity with BI tools and visualization best practices.
• Ability to work with messy or incomplete data and solve problems independently.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills, including explaining data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus Experience: Looker Studio, BigQuery, GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, Python or JavaScript, data-ingestion tools such as Funnel.io
