Concurrent Enrollment And Advanced Placement Support Aide

The Concurrent Enrollment (CE) and Advanced Placement (AP) Support Aide provides targeted administrative, operational, and student-facing guidance for online high school students participating in college-level coursework. Working closely with school counselors, this role ensures students navigate college enrollment processes smoothly, meet crucial deadlines, access their online courses, and prepare for AP exam administration. This role requires strong organization and clear communication to maintain student records, answer inquiries, and bridge communication across students, school staff, and college partners. Experience with Canvas, Zoom, and Google Workspace is a plus. 25-Hours Per Week Lane 1 Step 1 ($17.88/Hour) Not Highly Qualified Lane 2 Step 1 ($18.88/Hour) Associate's degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university; or Lane 3 Step 1 ($19.94/Hour) Current/Former Licensed Teacher Salary Schedules
