POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, IS Project and Training Services is responsible for the development and execution of process and project management standards and for putting in place a framework for the selection, evaluation, integration, testing and implementation of Enloe's information systems. This position will facilitate the management and processes for analyzing value, evaluating risk, prioritizing, and onboarding new technology project requests to ensure the project portfolio is in alignment with organizational strategy. This position is also responsible for supervising, mentoring and development of the Project Managers.

This position is responsible for managing, planning, developing, and evaluating the delivery of end-user training for Epic and other information systems used across Enloe. This position is responsible for leading project deliverables for training program preparation, curriculum development, resource scheduling, and training delivery. This position is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and delivery of ongoing training and education programs to facilitate introduction of new product functionality, process enhancements, employee job requirements, and other long-term IS training needs throughout Enloe. This position is responsible for providing management support and guidance to the Training Team, partnering with other IS managers and subject matter experts to facilitate an understanding of the business, technical, and clinical requirements of various user groups. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a standard for training materials used during training sessions, as well as administration of online eLearning materials.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or clinical field AND 6 years Information Services experience; OR 10 years Information Services experience
- Certified in Project Management AND 4 years of enterprise project management experience; OR 8 years of enterprise project management experience
- 5 years Information Services management experience
- Experience in application training, adult education, instructional design and/or curriculum delivery

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Ability to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise projects including those related to technical infrastructure, data security, business software implementations, clinical software implementations, and enterprise operations. Ability to successfully lead and manage complex projects using Project Management expertise and tools. Organizational and managerial skills to manage the training program and deliverables, providing leadership and guidance to the training team. The incumbent must have demonstrated experience analyzing, developing and implementing Project Management practices, processes and tools to support day-to-day project management work efforts; along with the ability to apply independent judgment and knowledge of Project Management to solve problems in unique and non-repetitive scenarios. This position works closely with functional managers and project managers to understand the resource needs for each project. The ability to perform regular analysis and assessment of the project portfolio performance over time to ensure balance between projects, resources, and risk, and provide recommendations to the Director, Technology regarding the project mix and overall health of the project portfolio. Must have knowledge of, or ability to learn, financial management and reporting, quality improvement processes, and human resources management. The incumbent must possess conflict management skills necessary to resolve conflict within and among departments and disciplines throughout the organization including the Physicians at large. The incumbent must have demonstrated experience in handling change management to lead projects and processes that may result in significant changes to work flow process for users, associates, physicians, and physicians' office staffs. Must have excellent written and communication skills. Must be able to organize in a complex and varied work environment that includes multiple complex projects, interruptions, different expectations and commitments among multiple hospital departments and physicians. Must have the ability to lead, motivate, delegate, analyze information and handle problem resolutions in an effective manner. Must demonstrate professional judgment.
